• 2019 - Complete TPM Step 1 in line1 in Framingham factory in five months - TPM rollout in the factory and focus on effective restoration in the two lines that helped the factory to achieve single digit Unplanned Stops

• Total Factory Unplanned Stops in 2019 is reduced to 12.4% VS 25.1 2018, which represents 1270 basis points reduction

• Framingham by turning around this factory from 27% total UPS in Q3 2018 to Single Digit UPS (9%) in Q4 2019

• 2019 - Accelerate TPM implementation across NWNA through strong governance for TPM step change plan and successfully completed 32 TPM Step Changes.

• Build the first success story in NWNA of commission new line with TPM step 3 maturity.

• Line 2 in High Spring Factory completed 3 TPM steps in only 10 months for first time. led the new early management program for delivering new assets with TPM.  This was a great success and reduced UPS by 60% for the 1st year of operating a new line.

• 2020 - Successfully achieved 51 TPM Step Changes across the whole market.

• Advance 13 lines into TPM Step 4 maturity.

• Establishing a robust TPM Best Practices Repository and consolidate all validated AM &PM Best Practices after each TPM step assessment to strengthen the replication and acceleration across the market as well as references for all needed evidences  for each single assessment criteria in order to facilitate, standardize and raise the bar of deliverables from each TPM step.

• Overachieved Total Net Cash Saving for Northeast Region 8.30 MM$ vs. target 6.5 MM$ .

• Overachieved the Cost Of Non-Quality for Northeast Region for 1.34% vs. target 1.43%.
