Train & Certify 16 Green Belt Trainees 

With all economic challenges across the whole world, it was very important to find a new way to empower the factory team to drive operational excellence to help the factory to achieve the business needs.  Mondelēz Egypt – Borg El Arab Factory – Gum & Candy category is one of the most advance Integrated LEAN Six Sigma

across the group and it is in Phase 4 of IL6S ( Integrated LEAN Six Sigma), that’s why it was important to train and certify 16 people from different department on 6 Sigma Green Belt to start run improvement projects to tackle all factory losses in order to achieve the CBN (Compelling Business Needs).

LSS Green Belt candidates receive a formal certification from  The Six Sigma Council “S.S.C”  ,  EMS Consulting Group & SMART Consulting  when they pass a final exam and complete a project in their workplace that removes waste, reduces defects, increases on-time delivery or otherwise achieves an important performance goal.
